Yes, if you have not received a dispatch email from us please email and we will cancel and fully refund the order straight away.
The toys are sent 2nd class Royal mail, so they can be 1-3 days.

Royal Mail are the only courier certified by The Carbon Trust Standard. And they have managed a reduction in emissions from their facilities (8.4%) in recent years. They also have bicycles, and often walk a lot of stops. A lot of our parcels are smaller, so we largely use them to help us in our mission of sustainability.
When we issue a refund we send the refund immediately, but the customers bank will take some time to actually process it. This is entirely dependent on their bank. It's usually around 3-5 days, however it can take up to 10 days.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@tandmtoys.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the day you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Providing pictures will always be preferred as well so we can replace the item as soon as we can.
We just add a shipping note to the package, there is no invoice, or reference to money paid.
