Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at T & M Toys. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 full business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery is free for orders totaling £30 and over. Under £30, it is £3.95.

We largely use royal mail 2nd class, so typical transit time is 1-3 days, for larger items we use Hermes, which can take 2-4 days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur in busier periods.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

T & M toys are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If items are damaged upon receipt please let us know as soon as possible, email images to info@tandmtoys.co.uk and we will send out a replacement.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
